Paying when you book

When you book online you can pay the full price, or pay a deposit and the rest in the studio. Services that cost less than the deposit are paid in full. Payments are processed by Ionic; we never see or store your card number.

Changing or cancelling

Need to change or cancel? Call us at 847-920-4805 at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll move it or refund what you paid.

Cancellations within 24 hours, and missed appointments, are not refunded.

Running late

If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or move your appointment.

Grand opening offer

Your first eyebrow threading is free, and other services are 20% off. When you pay in full online, the 20% is already taken off. The free first threading is applied in the studio.

Your information

We use your name, phone and email to confirm and remind you about appointments. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
